Author Guidelines

Welcome to the Gromage Innovations and Research Journal (GIRJ). We invite high-quality research contributions across all disciplines including Engineering, Technology, Science, Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, and more.

 

 

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.

Paper Format

Title: Clear and concise, followed by author(s) name and affiliation. Abstract: Maximum 250 words summarizing the objective, methods, results, and conclusion. Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords.

Review Process

All submitted papers undergo double-blind peer review. The review process may take up to 2–4 weeks. Authors will be notified via email upon acceptance or rejection.

Main Text:

Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion. References: Use APA / IEEE / MLA citation style (any one consistently). Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line spacing 1.5.

Publication Fee

A minimal processing fee will be applicable after paper acceptance. Fee details will be shared via acceptance email.

Plagiarism Policy

GIRJ follows a strict plagiarism policy. Similarity index must be below 15%. Manuscripts found plagiarized will be rejected without review.

ISSN Status

Currently, GIRJ is in the process of obtaining an ISSN number. Once issued, it will be updated on the website and future publications. Authors will still receive an e-Certificate and DOI (if applicable) for accepted papers.
